How to Use

Massage and Body Oil Lavender is suitable for relaxation; after tension. It will help you to eliminate nervous tension, relieve pain, disinfect the scalp and skin, enhance blood circulation, and treat respiratory problems.
About the massage:
Should be in a warm and quiet place - comfort matters the most! Provide enough towels to cover the body. Do not pour the oil directly on the skin, instead apply a small amount on your palms and rub them in order to warm the oil. Pour more oil when you feel that the skin starts to dry. After the massage is done, cover the body with a towel and stay relaxed for 10-15 minutes. In order to let the oil impact your body to a full extent, take a shower or bath at least four hours after the massage is complete.
